Terms and Conditions

Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will be charged in full

Early return from original booking will be charged in full

All cats must be up to date with vaccinations (feline enteritis and Flu) evidence of this to be provided on arrival

Flea and worm treatment must be up to date - please bring details with you of date administered and product used

We are covered by Petplan insurance should your cat become ill as a result of their stay to a maximum of £1,500.  This excludes existing medical conditions
